Connect on to the valve, the drill and valve adaptor. The drill connects to the valve. The drill runs through the valve and into the pipe. Once the hole is made proceed to withdraw the drill slowly, to the 's' position on the template and close the valve.
To check for possible air locks, open the drain valve on assembly as to confirm that the freezing can commence.
After the test has been witnessed, drop the pressure in the test assembly to normal system pressure (e.g. 6bar). Turn off the Rofrost Turbo II, This will start the thawing procedure, until pressures equalise. This could take up to 30 minutes.
After thaw, shut outlet valve and release pressure from test assembly. Remove test assembly and plug off with provided end cap. Job complete.
After the works are completed, attach the test pump (if required) to drain valve on the test assembly, and pump up to the required test pressure.
